Exploring Qigong

As a healing modality of Chinese Medicine, qigong combines breath with movement while developing your awareness and focus. Slowing down your breath and movements allows the mind to calm down which in turn balances the emotions and creates healing.

In addition to movement, qigong incorporates mantras (sounds) and mudras (hand positions) to awaken and transform. Qigong forms create an opportunity for our meridians to open, increase circulation, promote organ function, train our focus, balance emotions and connect within.

All Qigong forms offered are from methods taught by Master Liu He and Dr. Liu Dong of the Ling Gui International Healing Qigong School. With many years/hours of study and practice, I have been certified to teach several of their forms.
